This month we have a very exciting entrepreneur in the shape of Rahel Moges: The Founder and General Manager of EthioGreen PLC, a leading import-export Agro/Food processing company, best known for turning injera into a fast-growing international business. Rahel is also President of the very successful female entrepreneurship network, AWEP and continues to be a leading voice and advocate in the area of women in business. We can't wait to welcome Rahel to our next event!

Canvas

Canvas is a bi-monthly art and photography exhibition held at Bake & Brew. The vision behind Canvas is to give creatives a much needed platform to showcase and sell their work, while cultivating a community of art enthusiasts around these unique gatherings.

Canvas will premiere with Zacharias Abubeker's photography series called Amist Amet a conceptually driven collection of his five years in Ethiopia as a resident,  photojournalist and storyteller. Zacharias is an Ethiopian American who spent his formative years in Chicago where he studied fine art photography and is now based in Addis Ababa. 

Amist Amet will launch with an open house happy hour event on Thursday, February 15th from 6-9pm with brews and light tunes by DJ Armaghedion. Please RSVP to this email: bakeandbrewaddis@gmail.com
